Touchstone Imaging Plano

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services at Touchstone Imaging Plano and I am compelled to share my outstanding experience. From the initial step of scheduling my appointment to the actual imaging services, the entire process was marked by efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. The scheduling process was seamless, and the staff exhibited a level of responsiveness and flexibility that exceeded my expectations. They accommodated my preferences and made the entire experience convenient. The staff, from the front desk to the imaging technician, demonstrated a commitment to ensuring my comfort and addressing any questions I had. Their friendly and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease. The imaging services provided by Chelsea were conducted with precision and care. Chelsea not only showcased a high level of expertise in her field but also took the time to explain each step of the process, further enhancing my confidence in the quality of care I was receiving. The incompetence here is MIND-BLOWING! I won't bore you with details. But, this place has no regard for your time or anything else. Nobody here has any clue what anyone else is doing. Try ANY other imaging center instead of this one. They charged me $1200 up front and then, after waiting an hour, told me they couldn't do my scan. Then, they scheduled me for the next day. They called me while I was on the way to tell me they couldn't do it. Shortly thereafter, they called me again to say they can. We I arrived, they had rescheduled my appointment without telling me. Just go elsewhere!

Had an MRI of my abdomen, with and without contrast. Showed up 15min early before my appointment to make sure I was there on time. Check in was super smooth! Had a nice conversation with the person at the front desk, and I was just waiting for my appointment for a few minutes. The MRI technician was amazing. Explained the steps of the process, asked questions to make sure I was good to go, and was calm and professional the whole time. If I need an MRI again, I'll be back here for sure '' '

Stars for the front desk ladies who are amazing. It took 4 business days to get results back which ended up being 6 with the weekend. I was told this is because there is national radiologist “shortage”. If you want speedy results and EFFICIENT billing no missed bills in the mail, no surprise collection notices, proper insurance filing etc billing like an oil machine in other words then you may consider going to other facilities. I had ultrasound done a week later at UT Southwestern Frisco. UT southwestern Frisco medical center charges same for X-rays and ultrasounds but takes under 24 hours to get results back.

I think even one star is to much for them. I went there for a MRI and I had severe back pain. After 3 week they still haven't sent the result to my dr. I really am disappointed, they did a great job by giving me the appointment and make sure I know the price but when I call for asking why i don't have the result no one was available!
